Altar Servers – Including weekend and weekday servers, adults and youth. They assist the priest during Mass and other liturgies. Training is offered and required. Schedules are issued quarterly according to your preference request.
Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion -Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist distribute the Eucharist at Mass. They may also bring Communion to the homebound. Parishioners who have been Confirmed and are in good standing with the Church are invited to participate. Special training and certification is required. Schedules are issued quarterly according to your preference request.
Lectors-These men and women proclaim the Scriptures during the Liturgy. They devote time and preparation to understanding the Word of God so all may hear and be open to God transforming their lives This ministry is open to all adults and high school students who have received the sacrament of Confirmation. Special training is required. Schedules are issued quarterly according to your preference request.
Hospitality Ministers/Ushers-As a Minister of Hospitality/Usher, your basic duties will include: greeting all who walk through our doors, assisting the elderly and disabled in finding seating at Mass, helping to take up the collection, assisting those in the offertory procession, directing the flow of traffic at Communion time, and distributing bulletins at the end of Mass. This ministry is suitable for single persons, couples and families. Training is provided. Schedules are issued quarterly according to your preference request.
Art & Environment-Volunteers work closely together to prepare the sanctuary and church when necessary for these joyous occasions. If you are interested in helping with seasonal decorating then consider joining this ministry.
Church Linen Laundry-This ministry involves the laundering and ironing of the small altar linens (not the large altar cloth) used during Mass. Volunteers are given washing and folding instructions which need to be closely followed. Your service would be for one month, once a year. During that month, you will be able to take home and use the ironing press that belongs to Queens. Linens are usually picked up and returned after weekend Masses, two to four times a month. You can choose the month that is best for you to serve.
Arimatheans – Arimatheans provide support to parish families at the Funeral Mass/Memorial Service of a loved one. We are there to serve as Lectors, Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist, Ushers, Greeters, or just a warm presence during a difficult time.

Music Ministries –Our Music Ministry exists to honor God through music and serves to the parish by encouraging and supporting the active participation of the faithful in worship. Specific opportunities in the music program include:
- Adult Choir, sings at the 9:00 a.m. liturgy, September through May. Rehearsals take place Wednesday evenings in the church at 7:00 p.m.
- Contemporary Music Ensemble, leads singing at the 10:30 a.m. liturgy September through May.
- Cantors
- Accompanists and other instrumentalists
