Thank you to those who responded to last night’s call for help.  The need has been filled.  I will be reaching out today to those we need and to the others who responded who are not needed tomorrow but whom I hope will help the following two weeks October 3 and 10.  

For current and prospective dinner volunteers – helping with dinner tomorrow, October 3 or 10 means showing up at the gym at 5:15, 45 minutes before the program begins.  Some items will be placed on the tables ahead of time, hot meals being plated and served at 6.  You have the opportunity to eat after the serving is complete which would be around 6:30 or 6:45, and of course you are welcome to stay for the program.  

We are hoping those who ARE attending The Rescue Project will bring homemade desserts.  Use the sign up genius link below if you can bring a dessert for any of the six remaining dinners.

If you’re hearing good things and you wish you had signed up, it is not too late to join us and get Rescued.  You can use the link below or show up at the door of the gym this Tuesday at 6pm.  Another person just signed up last night!

Please refer back to the email I sent on Saturday evening September 23rd if you have not already read it.  There was a lot of information about upcoming events in there including The Pet Blessing at 10am on September 30th and The Life Chain on October 1st.
