THE CLASH OF THE TITANS:  Congratulations to Coach Herb Brogan and his Mighty Titans of Lumen Christi on winning their way back to Ford Field this Saturday November 26th at 10am when they will face off with undefeated Traverse City St. Francis in the MHSAA Division 7 State Championship Game!  For those who wish to attend but who do not feel comfortable driving to and in Metro Detroit, here is the offer for you:

Lions have one request for Buffalo Bills as they prepare to host Browns at Ford Field - syracuse.com

The Queens School Mens’ Club has secured a charter bus from New Vision & Charter Tours to take a maximum of 55 people from Queen’s to Ford Field and back for the Lumen Christi State Championship game. The bus will depart from Queens’ Parking Lot at 8:00 am to head to Ford Field. The bus will leave Ford Field at 12:00 pm to return to Queen’s. We will only be asking for monetary donations to help with some of the cost but it is not required.

Again, we can only take a maximum of 55 people so please let Pete Lammers (plammers@alro.com) know ASAP.

The bus will leave at 8:00 am SHARP for Ford Field so please try to arrive no less than 15 minutes early!  You still have to get your ticket(s) to the game.  If you don’t have a Lumen connection to get one for you, here is the link for Ticketmaster:

May God keep these players and their coaches safe. Whatever the outcome may be, thank you God for giving the Titans another phenomenal season!  GO TITANS!!!

What is Thanksgiving? It's Meaning and Why We Celebrate

Join us for one of our Thanksgiving Masses this week.  There will be a shortened holy hour at 5pm on Wednesday evening followed by Thanksgiving Eve Mass at 6.  Mass on Thursday, Thanksgiving Day, will be at 9am.

At both Masses we invite you to bring non perishable food items to feed the hungry.  You will be asked to bring them up during the offertory.  Gifts of cash and check are also accepted.

The parish offices will be closed Thursday and Friday and there will be no Open Doors Disciple Ministry either of those days.

Toys for Tots — Maritime Mortgage

The Queens Social Justice Commission will again be sponsoring the annual Toys for Tots Drive the weekend of December 3rd and 4th at all Masses. Please bring new, unwrapped gifts, or monetary donations, to church. The toys will be distributed by the Salvation Army and all donations remain in Jackson County. Thank you, in advance, for your generosity!
