Faith Formation Classes will begin Sunday, September 8, 2024!

With the new school year right around the corner, it is time to think about registration for our Sunday morning Faith Formation classes. Classes are available for public school and/or home school children in grades Preschool through 8th grade.   If needed, there is also a special class for children participating in the Rite (or Order) of Christian Initiation of Adults (adapted for children.) Sacramental preparation for First Reconciliation, First Communion and Confirmation are part of the Faith Formation curriculum. Our first day of classes will be September 8, 2024, and classes will run from 10:15-11:30 every Sunday, with a few Sundays off during the school year in Queens school. (Note that this time frame is 15 minutes shorter than last year.)  The last day of class will be May 18, 2025. 

Our Faith Formation calendar includes several special events, including an All Saints Day party, a May crowning and the ever popular end of the year Family Fun Fest for the entire parish.  Parents are invited to join the children at the beginning of Faith Formation on a few occasions throughout the year for special activities. We will also have some charitable giving opportunities, especially during the seasons of Thanksgiving/Christmas and Lent.

Tuition costs this year will be the same as last year– $75 for one child, $125 for two children, and $175 for 3 or more.  Please click this link or QR code to register your child(ren) online: https://www.osvhub.com/queen-of-the-miraculous-medal/forms/qmm-faith-formation-registration-24-25. You may also pay online using the same form, or if you would like pay at the office or the first day of Faith Formation,  please select “offline payment.” There is also a hard copy of the registration form in the bulletin and available the first day of Faith Formation.
